Our Apiary
We Have One Goal
To Create the best environment for Bees
Bees can travel up to 3-5 miles each day to collect pollen for honey production. They can visit over 1,000 flowers in a day!
It takes nectar from over 2 million flowers to make one pound of honey.
Each bee only makes about 1/12th teaspoon of honey in their lifetime.
Bees pollinate over 90 different types of crops.
Our Discovery
Bees are absolutely critical to our food sources
Bee populations have been decreasing. We NEED bees. Bees are responsible for more than one-third of our food supply – think about the number of fruits and vegetables that you eat. These are possible by bees pollinating the flowers.
Our Mission
We want to make the world a better place by increasing the bee population and maintaining our food source.
Having an apiary helps provide a safe location for bees.
Bees pollinate flowers and plants while gathering pollen.
Plants can produce fruits and vegetables due to the pollination. Bees make honey. We maintain the food supply and make the earth a more lush and verdant place.
